Celebrating our local community at Mill Street & JJ Clancy Reserve

At Broadstead we’re seeking to create something special, and we know that starts with the local community. Recently, our project team spent the day in Kilmore celebrating two incredible community events!

We supported the regional busking championships for the second year in a row by setting up at the Broadstead Lounge on Mill Street. Guests had the opportunity to inquire about our current land releases, our community grants program, and our amazing $10K locals offer. They also enjoyed delicious cupcakes made by Cupcakes by Renae.

We also stopped by the Kilmore Football and Netball Club for their first home-game at JJ Clancy reserve. We were on hand to cheer as goals were scored, and we kept supporters warm with free coffees.

Kilmore has many proud local groups that help to bring the local community together, whether it’s arts and culture or sports. These opportunities will also benefit future Broadstead residents by providing them with a chance to meet like-minded neighbours and form connections with other locals when they make Broadstead their home.
