3 things to look forward to this year!

It’s with delight that we share some highlights for the year to come at Broadstead in Kilmore East. We have plans to begin construction on Broadstead’s first two stages of residential land lots, as well as begin works on the road that will connect to Tootle Street and the neighbouring residential area. The completion of these stages will see the first residents begin to build their homes in this incredibly unique new neighbourhood.

For buyers who have set their sights on the Evergreen Boulevard fronting lots, we’re set to be releasing these early this year. Boasting wide frontages and waterway views, these lots will surely impress!

As proud supporters of the Broadstead community, we’re pleased to share that the Community Grants program is set to return in April. This initiative invites local community groups to apply for a share in up to $10,000 of grants that will support their ongoing efforts in and around Kilmore.
