Mitchell Shire Council have approved Broadstead’s Masterplan

We’re delighted to share that Mitchell Shire Council has provided permit approval for Broadstead, which paves the way for $100 million in infrastructure improvements, $23 million of which will be injected into the surrounding area.

These works are set to include extensions to Tootle Street and McIvors Road, shared cycling and walking paths and expanded waterways.

This milestone will also enable Jinding to commence construction on both Stages 01 and 02 at Broadstead mid-2024.

Inspired by the natural landscape, Broadstead’s thoughtfully designed masterplan has been created for residents of all ages with spaces to play, relax and grow.

Purposeful design abounds at Broadstead. We cannot wait to share with you future updates, as this considered neighbourhood begins to unfold.
