A year in review: Construction updates & community impact in 2024

Broadstead has made significant progress throughout 2024, with construction kicking off in September. Earthworks continue across Stages 1 & 2, while construction of the Tootle Street estate entrance is underway to provide future access for residents. Both Stages 1 and 2 are on track for title registrations by July 2025.

Also throughout 2024, Broadstead was active within the local community, kicking off a number of supportive initiatives. We were proud to host the Community Grant Program for the second year, where five local not-for-profit organisations were awarded a share of $10,000 to support their worthy causes. Our partnership with the Kilmore Football & Netball Club also continued this year, reaffirming our commitment to the local area, and we enjoyed sponsoring a team dinner for the players for the second year in a row. In April we had the pleasure of hosting the Kilmore Busking Championships at Mill Street, and in May we attended The Kilmore Racing Club’s Biggest Morning Tea as a proud sponsor of Kilmore’s oldest racing club. Later in November we celebrated the connected with the Hume community at this year’s Diwali Festival as a Silver Sponsor.

2024 has been a significant year for Broadstead, and we look forward to continuing to support and celebrate the Kilmore community in 2025 and beyond.
