Contractor Appointed & Construction Commencing at Broadstead, Kilmore

We’re delighted to share that Winslow has been appointed as the civil contractor for construction on Stages 01 and 02 at Broadstead, Kilmore.

With works officially commencing this month, the partnership between Jinding and Winslow will see the future Broadstead community take shape with 86 lots delivered for future residents to begin building their new homes.  

Since their conception in 1985, Winslow have been industry leaders within the civil construction industry. Today, they offer the largest modern fleet of heavy construction equipment in Australia and have a strong backing of projects across broadcare subdivisions, local infrastructure and medium density, particularly on master-planned community sites. 

Jinding is pleased to welcome their extensive experience to the project team specialising in delivering the civil infrastructure for the Broadstead community. 

We recently celebrated the official turning of sod onsite with the entire Jinding developments team, executives, and project consultants, and all valued partners are now gearing up for a successful delivery.
